Questions people ask
Do I own the website?
Yes, in writing: your domain, your website, your content and your customer data. Jabeco LLC hosts it and keeps it running while you’re on a plan. If you ever leave, you get the whole site and everything in it, and the domain is already in your name.
Am I locked into a contract?
No. Plans are month to month with 30 days’ notice and nothing auto-renews. If you spread the setup fee over 12 months, that’s a 12-month term that simply ends; it never renews on its own.
What if I already have a domain?
Good. It stays in your name; I just connect it.
How long does it take?
It depends on how quickly you can share photos and details and approve the design. I don’t promise dates, but a simple site is usually a short project.
Can you move my old site over?
Yes. Anything worth keeping (photos, text, reviews, your Google listing) comes with you.
