Questions

Straight answers.

If yours isn't here, ask on the contact page and I'll answer it directly.

Why are your prices on the website?

Because you shouldn’t have to sit through a sales call to find out whether you can afford something. Plans are fixed. Projects show a starting price, and you get an exact fixed quote in writing before any work starts.

What’s the setup fee for?

It pays for the build: designing your site, setting up booking and texting, registering your business for business texting with the phone carriers, and getting your Google profile in shape. The monthly price covers hosting, the texts, upkeep and your monthly changes.

Am I locked in?

No. Plans are month to month with 30 days’ notice, and nothing auto-renews. If you choose to spread the setup fee over 12 months, that’s a 12-month term that ends on its own. Your domain is in your name, and your site, customer list and content are yours to take with you.

What if business is slow for a few months?

Pause the plan for $29/month. Your site stays live and your data stays put; the automations rest until you switch back on.

How do payments work?

Plans: the setup fee up front and then monthly, or the setup spread across 12 months and one bill a month. Projects: half to start and half on delivery, unless the quote says otherwise.

Do I own my app?

On a custom build, yes: once it’s paid in full, the app and its code are yours. On the Branded App add-on, Jabeco LLC maintains the platform and your setup fee counts toward a custom build if you later want to own it outright. Either way the App Store and Google Play accounts are in your business’s name.

I’m not technical. Will I have to learn a bunch of software?

No. I set it up and run it. You get a simple dashboard and texts when something needs you, and anything you want changed you just tell me.

Do you only work with businesses in Arkansas?

No. I’m based in Little Rock and work with businesses anywhere in the U.S. by phone and video. If you’re in central Arkansas, I’m happy to come by in person.

What if I don’t know what I need?

That’s what the free call is for. Tell me what eats your time or where customers slip through the cracks, and I’ll tell you what I’d fix first and what it would cost, even if the answer is a tool you can buy off the shelf.

Who actually does the work?

I do. There’s no sales team and no hand-off to a junior. The person on the call is the person who builds it and the person who answers when something needs to change.

Still have a question?

A free 30-minute call. You describe the problem, I tell you honestly what it would take and what it would cost.
