Websites, apps and automation for small business

If you can dream it,
I can build it.

Your website, your mobile app, and the systems that book appointments, send the texts, take the payments and bring customers back. Built for your business by one founder you can actually call, at prices posted right here.

  • Fixed prices in writing
  • You own your domain and data
  • No agency markup

Behind the scenes

The busywork, handled while you work.

These are the jobs small businesses ask me to take off their plate most. Each one runs on its own once it's set up.

  • Online booking

Customers pick a time that’s really open. No phone tag.

  • Text confirmations

Sent the moment they book, with a one-tap reply to confirm.

  • Reminders

The day before and the morning of, so fewer people forget.

  • Missed-call text-back

Miss a call and they get a text right away, so the job isn’t lost.

  • “On my way” and “ready” texts

Customers know where things stand without calling you.

  • Review requests

A friendly text after each job with a link to your Google page.

  • Deposits and payments

Take a deposit at booking and get paid online after.

  • Memberships and recurring plans

Monthly plans that bill and remind on their own.

  • Customer follow-ups

Seasonal check-ins and “it’s been a while” messages.

  • Owner dashboard

Today’s jobs, new requests, money in, all on one screen.

Why it matters

Customers already expect this. Most small businesses aren’t there yet.

Who you're working with

A product builder, working for Main Street.

I'm Matt Russell. I founded Jabeco, a software company that makes AI-powered product planning tools for software teams. Jabeco Studio puts that same skill set to work for local businesses: real software, built properly, at small-business prices.

“You won’t get handed to a junior. The person on the free call is the person who builds it and the person who answers when something needs to change.”

Things people ask first.

Why are your prices on the website?

Because you shouldn’t have to sit through a sales call to find out whether you can afford something. Plans are fixed. Projects show a starting price, and you get an exact fixed quote in writing before any work starts.

What’s the setup fee for?

It pays for the build: designing your site, setting up booking and texting, registering your business for business texting with the phone carriers, and getting your Google profile in shape. The monthly price covers hosting, the texts, upkeep and your monthly changes.

Am I locked in?

Website plans have a 3-month minimum and the app plan a 12-month minimum; after that they’re month to month. Your domain is in your name, and your customer list and content are yours to take with you.

How do payments work on a project?

Half to start and half on delivery, unless the quote says otherwise. Monthly plans are billed monthly after the setup fee, or yearly with two months free.

Do I own my app?

On a one-time build, yes: once it’s paid in full, the app and its code are yours. On the monthly app plan, Jabeco LLC maintains the platform and your setup fee counts toward a custom build if you later want to own it outright. Either way the App Store and Google Play accounts are in your business’s name.

Tell me what you wish ran itself.

A free 30-minute call. You describe the problem, I tell you honestly what it would take and what it would cost.
